The QC intelligent Middle platform system includes: the Sample Management System Lab-Mobile, the Laboratory/Online Preprocessing Module Lab-Manager, the Laboratory Automation Analysis Module Lab-Robot, and the Online Automation Analysis Module Lab-Online. It integrates mainstream manufacturers' devices for organic detection (e.g., GC, GC-MS, etc.), inorganic detection (e.g., ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS, Raman, FTIR, UV, XRF, etc.), electrochemical detection (e.g., electrochemical workstations, RRDE, etc.), biological detection (e.g., PCR instruments, flow cytometers, etc.), and other mature analytical methods and equipment, to enable real-time characterization and full-process data tracking and traceability for incoming materials, processes, and finished products. This aims to improve product quality, refine production processes, and enhance productivity. The system can digitalize and informatize the entire workflow, including sample dispatch information, sample collection information, sample preparation information, sample transportation information, sample analysis information, and sample data reporting.

Full-process sample traceability
· The scanning station updates the QC-Intelligent Middle Platform database in real time, tracing each sample from collection to sample analysis based on the sample bottle ID, enabling full-process automated sample management.
· Historical click analysis statistics of the sample bottle ID to review its complete history, including:
- Sample type, sample status, sample information (production line, sampling point, name, etc.)
- Pretreatment information (weighing, acid addition, volume adjustment, digestion, etc.)
- Sample analysis information (method curve, sample concentration, analysis report, etc.)

Intelligent integration of testing equipment, autonomous scheduling of testing devices, and optimization of testing sequences.
