Product Introduction

The system uses on-site sampling, automatic sample preparation, and automatic analysis. You just install the dedicated sampling bottle, call up the preset sampling method, and start with one click to complete sampling and preparation. With intelligent system control, the instrument status is monitored in real-time, achieving unattended operation and saving as much manpower as possible. Once the sample is prepared, it can go straight to ICP-MS analysis without the complicated manual pre-treatment after sampling, reducing secondary contamination from human factors. 

This system is widely used for impurity detection and analysis in samples like semiconductors, special electronic gases, and high-purity gases.

· Automated preparation and analysis

Adopting advanced pretreatment gas preparation technology, the system realizes fully automatic sample pretreatment, preparation and analysis process for impurity detection of electronic special gases and high-purity gases, improving analysis efficiency and accuracy.

 · Intelligent interactive interface

Equipped with a user-friendly intelligent touch interactive interface, the operation is simple and intuitive. One-button start makes it easy to achieve fully automatic sample preparation and analysis.

· Efficient linkage

The system efficiently links the sample pretreatment system (PRE-100) and connects to analytical equipment such as ICP-MS to build a fully automated analysis from sample preparation to result output, realizing intelligent and efficient sample processing. Data analysis and recording are carried out through the QC-smart middle platform system, using a visual interface to monitor the instrument status in real time, and perform data analysis, statistics and recording.

· Positive pressure explosion-proof design

The system is equipped with an explosion-proof safety system, which is suitable for high-risk environments, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment in dangerous environments, and is equipped with a variety of alarm devices to ensure that abnormal situations can be handled in a timely manner.

· Data analysis and recording

Through the QC-Intelligent middle platform system, using a visual interface to monitor the instrument status in real time, and perform data analysis, statistics and recording.

· Low-pollution, high-precision sampling

The system can accurately control the gas sampling volume and flow rate. The internal air duct is equipped with an ultra-high-efficiency filter to maintain the cleanliness of the internal operating space, ensuring the safety of the sampling personnel while effectively guaranteeing the accuracy of the sample results.

The system uses two types of automated pretreatment techniques for different forms of high-purity, high-risk samples.

  • Impact Gas Washing Method

    · Suitable for gas samples

    · Fully enclosed and automated process, suitable for ppt-level ultra-trace metal impurity analysis of high-risk gases like silane and bulk gases like high-purity hydrogen and helium, completely eliminating the safety risks of manual sampling.

  • Nitrogen blowing method

    · Suitable for liquid samples

    · Quickly remove volatile matrices from high-purity chemicals like chlorosilanes and liquid fluorides, keep the non-volatile metal impurities, and then add a precise re-dissolving solution to make the sample ready for direct analysis.

    · Fully automated control ensures the matrix is completely removed, and re-dissolution is precise and uncontaminated.
