  • Sample Management Module

The sample management module automates the tedious processes of sample registration, labeling, and weighing. Operators only need to do the simplest sample loading steps, while the system automatically handles information linking, data transfer, and verification, completely getting rid of manual record-keeping. The module is closely connected with downstream steps like digestion, volume adjustment, and analysis, ensuring that sample information stays consistent and traceable throughout the experiment, building a complete closed-loop data management system from sample intake to report output for the lab.

· Equipped with advanced PDA scanning features, it can easily scan sample batch numbers, enter information, and sync it to the system in real time, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

· Can fully automatically weigh different types of samples: liquids, solid powders, viscous samples, etc.
· The weighing data is directly synced to the AIMS smart platform system, automatically included in the calculations, and outputs the final result.

 · Multi-channel single-mode microwave digestion technology

The system uses multi-channel single-mode microwave digestion for rapid heating and digestion, allowing multiple samples to be processed at the same time, running several different methods, and can continuously handle hundreds of samples.
 · Multiple safety designs
Self-venting digestion tank cover temperature abnormal alarm, reagent leakage and shortage monitoring warning, digestion abnormality reaching the threshold triggers emergency stop.
 · Corrosion-resistant and pollution-proof design
PTFE/PFA pipelines resistant to strong acids ensure that the reagents aren't contaminated; the main body is coated with a corrosion-resistant layer, and exhaust vents are installed in areas where acidic gases are generated to keep the environment clean.

The system uses imported non-contact infrared temperature measurement technology to monitor temperature in real time, accurately control the digestion temperature, and ensure experiment consistency.

 · Super strong dissolving power
Pre-pressurized at 30-100 bar, with an operating temperature of 300°C and working pressure of 200 bar, it can fully digest samples that are hard to break down.

It’s both a digestion vessel and a microwave working chamber, so all samples are digested under the same temperature and pressure, ensuring stable and consistent experimental results.
 · Save on consumables and reagents
No need for special digestion kit consumables, and only a small amount of acid is needed—just 2-3 mL—reducing the blank value, and no need to evaporate the acid.

Multi-channel independent peristaltic pump design, allowing you to freely mix and add different solvents.

 · Automatic volume adjustment by mass law

Equipped with an independent injection pump and a ten-thousandth electronic balance for precise volume measurement, with an accuracy of up to ±0.005g.

 · Automatic shake

Independent integrated structure, automatic capping, vortex shaking, all samples in the same batch are mixed evenly, saving time and improving efficiency.

 · Module coordination, improving efficiency at different times

Adding acid, bringing to volume, and mixing are done at different times from digestion, coordinating the whole process to improve lab efficiency.

  • Automatic Analysis Module

    The automatic analysis module acts as the link between various pre-processing modules and the analytical instruments. It communicates with each pre-processing module, synchronizes sample and data information, and simultaneously connects with backend analytical instruments. Through the AIMS smart platform system, it can remotely control Agilent ICP-MS and other instruments, enabling fully automated analysis and automatic data processing and report generation.

 · Anti-corrosion and anti-pollution design
The whole system is corrosion-resistant, and all parts that touch the samples are made of high-purity materials to prevent metal impurities from contaminating the test liquid. It comes with a self-cleaning and washing system to effectively avoid cross-contamination.
 · Ultra-clean space
By using a special air duct design to isolate the external environment and a super-efficient filtration system to filter the air, it effectively prevents outside pollutants from interfering with the samples. When you need to take or place samples, it can automatically open temporarily, and it stays completely closed during analysis and standby, keeping the whole environment clean.
 · Fits different containers
We offer standard automatic sample trays, as well as customized sample and standard solution trays, which can hold test tubes, containers, or standard solution bottles of various sizes.
 · Efficient Collaboration
Automatically create sample sequences and marking lines, and you can remotely ignite, shut down, pump, or turn off the vacuum for ICP-OES/MS. Through the AIMS smart platform system, you can monitor and control the automatic analysis module, and the generated analysis reports can also be synced to the DCS or LIMS system. 
· Data Sync and Auto Calculation
The sample information module directly syncs sample info, weighing data, acid addition data, volumetric data, dilution data, and other information to the AIMS smart platform system. It automatically calculates based on existing data and directly shows the final results, eliminating the need for manual calculations.
 · Functionality scalability
It can flexibly expand the automatic labeling function, completing standard curves, internal/external standard additions, and other tasks online; with an optional online dilution feature, it can automatically dilute samples with higher concentrations to ensure the analysis signal stays within the instrument's optimal linear range; it also comes with customizable functions like blank subtraction and limit alarms.
