Automatic Continuous Subboiling Acid Purification

Product Introduction

The system uses advanced sub-boiling distillation technology to continuously and efficiently purify reagents like water, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and hydrofluoric acid under precise sub-boiling temperature control. This completely eliminates the risk of cross-contamination caused by bumping, allowing for the stable production of ultra-high-purity acids.  

It supports fully automated 24/7 operation from feeding, purification, to collecting the final product, producing about 2 liters of high-purity acid per day. The equipment features a fully enclosed, corrosion-resistant structure and high-purity inert material flow paths, along with multiple safety monitoring and protection functions to ensure safe and reliable operation.  

This product is specially designed for trace analysis in cutting-edge research areas like photovoltaics, semiconductors, and wet electronic chemicals (e.g., ICP-MS/MS). It’s an ideal solution for consistently obtaining ultra-high-purity reagents and improving the accuracy of experimental data.

Product Features

 · Ultra-low background

All parts of the system that come into contact with reagents, including pumps, valves, and piping, are made of high-purity PFA/PTFE, achieving ultra-low background (total metal ion contamination ≤10 ppt).

· Two-stage evaporation reflux module

The fully automatic double-stage evaporation reflux design can effectively prevent cross-contamination between the initial stage and the final purified product, reduce manual intervention, and one distillation is equivalent to distilling two to three times in a single-stage setup.

· Automatic Liquid Filling Module

Smart sensors detect the amount of acid, automatically add acid when it's low, and fully sealed transport reduces contamination.

· Sensor Redundancy and Safety Interlock

The system is equipped with multiple sensors for liquid level, leaks, and water machine alarms, with key points having redundant setups, so any abnormal signal will automatically trigger a shutdown for protection.

· Automatic cleaning system

Traditional manual cleaning is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it can introduce contamination. Our system has a one-click fully automatic cleaning feature, completely eliminating any chance of human contamination.

· High efficiency, high recovery rate

The purification efficiency is about 2L/24h, and only a small amount of reagents is lost each time during cleaning and acid replacement, with a recovery rate of over 97%.
